While having a home inspection done, an inspector asked why it was not using outside air to run the furnace, so later I called Midwest to ask. I was called back quickly by a manager and informed the old one was that way but if I wanted run outside they would look to see if it is possible. They were here within a week and the team of Tyler and Jesse were very professional and neat in their work. They found a location to run the intake outside and made the change quickly. Once completed, they showed me exactly what had been done both inside and out. This was also done at no cost to me! Bonus!
