We participate (and recommend) their maintenance plans, and they have always responded promptly when we’ve needed service.Travis provided us with all the information we needed to make a great decision about our new A/C unit. He answered questions and was knowledgeable about our home, professionally assessed our needs, and scheduled service within two days!Jacob and Bryan were prompt, professional, and walked us through the completed project. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with this service!! Kyle called while on his way to let me know his ETA and offered to grab me coffee. He was very professional and pleasant, worked quickly, and explained all he did during his visit! I have had several jobs done and done very well by the team and I’m always impressed by what they accomplish!! Met a rep at the Home and Garden show. Spun the wheel and won a furnace tune up. Rep told us, "We'll call you this weekend!" This was on the last Friday night of the show. Weeks later, no call. I called their office twice this week, and no one has bothered to return my call.Their brochure offered service plans for a monthly fee. Thank goodness they've demonstrated their reliability before we invested a dime in this company!

Not sure why someone from this company cancelled my appointment for a quote and did not notify me in any way. I had to call to find out my appointment was cancelled.Just wasted 4 hours waiting for someone to come for my scheduled quote, after receiving 2 text confirmations, & speaking with someone 2 separate occasions on the phone to confirm my appointment was good to go. The lack of communication is frustrating. I wouldn’t have minded the cancellation if they would’ve just notified me. Taking my business elsewhere.
